Our Approach

We strive to build true partnerships with founders and management teams in the early stages of growth, so that we can have maximum impact on their company's path to success. Our involvement takes many forms beyond capital, as we work closely with our portfolio companies to develop sustainable business models and drive growth by leveraging our network and sharing our experience in developing world-class brands.

Unlike the vast majority of venture capital firms, we have no external mandates and are free to invest with a focus on the long term. We emphasise themes that have the ability to drive a cycle of innovation, and partner with founders who share our vision of what the world will look like in five to ten years, and beyond.

What We Look For

INSPIRING TEAMS -- We partner with ambitious entrepreneurs who have surrounded themselves with a team that can achieve their grand vision. While operating experience is undoubtedly valuable, passion and a collective belief in the company's long-term vision is paramount.

A DIFFERENTIATED VALUE PROPOSITION -- We like stories involving a differentiated value proposition designed for a large, quantifiable and high value market need. Collaborating with founders in designing, improving and building compelling value propositions is one of the areas we love most about our jobs.

EARLY / GROWTH STAGE -- We want to be an integral part of the growth stories we back, which means partnering with founders in the early days of their entrepreneurial journey. We usually invest in the Seed and Series A stages and keep reserves for follow-on funding needs.
